Trish Kane
Board Member
Current Role: CEO and Founder

Trish Kane is a visionary leader and the driving force behind Healerverse, a groundbreaking SaaS social marketplace dedicated to uniting spiritual and holistic wellness on a global scale. As a Healer, Inspirational Keynote Speaker, and Author, Trish's journey is deeply transformative.
In 2014, Trish faced a life-altering medical crisis that included a near-death experience, 9-day coma, and two strokes. Her miraculous recovery through spiritual and holistic practices led her to devote over a decade to healing and helping others.
With a BBA from Iona University and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, Trish brings both business acumen and personal healing experience to AL-Care. Her understanding of the healing journey and community support makes her an invaluable strategic advisor.
Healerverse is set to launch the first telehealth platform in the holistic wellness space in 2025, further solidifying Trish's role as a leader in innovative healthcare solutions.
David Broecker
Board Member
David Broecker is a seasoned life-sciences innovator, executive, and investor with a proven track record of leading transformation across biotech, medical devices, and university-affiliated venture ecosystems. As the Chief Innovation & Collaboration Officer at Purdue Research Foundation, he stewards strategic innovation partnerships, drives technology commercialization, and leads Purdue’s Strategic Ventures team, overseeing a $22 million portfolio across 47 startups.
Prior to Purdue, David founded and serves as CEO of Zorion Medical, where he leads development of novel, fully absorbable bio-alloy technologies targeting vascular disease.

He also was founding President & CEO of the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute, raising over $170 million and building an industry-inspired research engine.

Steve Hourigan

Steve Hourigan is a serial entrepreneur and financier with a track record of building and scaling companies across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise technology. With 10 successful exits and service on 20+ boards, he combines deep operating experience with private-equity and Wall Street fluency to unlock growth and enterprise value. Steve is currently CEO of AI Line Of Sight, where he leads strategy and commercialization at the intersection of AI and industry. Previously, he headed business development at Bravura Health & Wellness, served as CEO of Drug Free Therapeutix advancing bioelectronic medicine, and was the founding CEO of Elevate Ventures, one of the Midwest’s largest venture development organizations—overseeing 42+ investments and catalyzing significant follow-on capital. A frequent chair of compensation, audit, finance, and governance committees, Steve is known for assembling execution-ready teams, aligning stakeholders, and designing capital-efficient scale-up plans. He holds an A.B. in Economics and Political Science from Bowdoin College and is an inventor on a patent for automated loan risk assessment.

Frank Leonard founded AL-Care with a deep personal commitment to supporting cancer patients and families. His journey began in 2015 when his friend Steve Demas was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Rather than simply offering words of support, Frank took action by running in the mini marathon to raise money for Steve's teenage daughters' college savings.

Michael Creadon
Advisor
Michael Creadon is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience across trading, risk management, fintech, and digital assets. He is currently Head of Sales at Architect X, a Bermuda-based perpetuals exchange, where he leads capital raising and market-making initiatives.
Creadon began his career as a journalist with TIME and Bloomberg before founding Traditum, a Chicago-based proprietary trading firm specializing in fixed income, energies, commodities, futures, and options. As CEO for nearly 20 years, he oversaw risk, recruiting, and strategy, building Traditum into a respected player in global markets before selling his stake in 2017.
Since then, he has focused on the intersection of technology and finance, holding senior roles with firms such as Inveniam, a data and valuation company, and Defi Devs, a blockchain venture. He also helped raise capital for Rialto Markets, a registered broker-dealer later acquired by Inveniam.
Creadon holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s in Public Policy from Columbia University. A former U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia, he has also built a strong following as a leading LinkedIn voice on bitcoin and political economy, with more than 35 million views since 2018.
Outside of work, he is an avid bridge player, fantasy football competitor, and youth baseball coach.
Binoy Jose

Binoy Jose is a technologist, entrepreneur, and architect at the forefront of AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems. As the CEO of BizFirst and Principal Architect at OperateCrypto, he is pioneering the integration of LLMs, Web3 infrastructure, decentralized identity (DID), and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization across platforms such as Accumulate, Ethereum, and IPFS.
Binoy’s work focuses on creating the connective tissue of the decentralized web — from wallet operating systems and DAO frameworks to low-code platforms that empower enterprise adoption of blockchain and AI. He has held leadership roles including Chief Product Officer at DeFi Devs, Chief Strategy Officer at Accumulate, and CTO of PenguinAI, where he continues to advance interoperability between AI and distributed technologies.
A Microsoft- and Oracle-certified technologist, Binoy combines over two decades of experience in software architecture, business strategy, and digital transformation. His ventures — including BizFirstAI, OperateID, and BankOnLedger — reflect a vision of a more open, intelligent, and self-sovereign digital future.

Dr. Ben Park

Dr. Ben Park is a physician-entrepreneur and technology architect committed to reshaping healthcare through behavior change and scalable digital tools. As founder of HealthFlexx, he integrates clinical expertise, AI, wearables, and behavioral science to build solutions that improve nutrition, sleep, activity, and overall health—while reducing cost for payers, employers, and health systems.
A family physician by training, Dr. Park has demonstrated success in hypertension control at scale and holds domain expertise in Functional Imagery Training, behavioral economics, and related methodologies. He bridges rigorous clinical foundations with startup agility to deliver health outcomes that pay for themselves.
His broader leadership includes serving as President of Optum Midwest, combining healthcare operations experience with a deep passion for preventive health and value-based innovation.
Karen Young

Karen Hayes Young has 20 years of private and in-house experience working with companies and not-for-profit organizations of all shapes and sizes. Karen advises her clients in contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and employment law matters. Her clients are small and growing companies, not-for-profit organizations, and social enterprises who are making impact across Central Indiana and beyond. She helps with the day-to-day legal needs of companies and organizations and can assist from formation to exit or implementation of a succession plan.
In addition, Karen is also an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, the Indiana University School of Law – McKinney, where she teaches contract drafting to upper-level law students.
In her personal time, Karen volunteers with various organizations in the City of Indianapolis to make it a better, brighter place to live, work and play.
Dr. James Haines

Dr. Haines feels fortunate to have grown up in the then “Mayberry-like” small town of Zionsville following his move from Speedway, IN, in 1963 at age 9. He graduated from Zionsville Community High school in 1972.
Following undergraduate studies at Purdue University, Dr. Haines received a B.S. in Optometry and later his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) in 1978 from the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington. He completed externships at the VA Hospital in Cleveland and Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland.
Dr. Haines served as a medical service corps officer in the U.S. Navy. He spent two years assigned to Pearl Harbor Naval Regional Medical Center and served as director of the optometry clinic at Kaneohe Marine Corp Air Station in Hawaii. Following his active-duty military service, he returned to Zionsville to begin private practice in 1980.
He has enjoyed being involved in many local community activities including serving as board president and capital campaign chairman for the Boys & Girls Club of Zionsville as well as president of the Zionsville Optimist Club, and Zionsville Christian Church. He was instrumental in the founding of the Zionsville Alumni Association, the annual “Hit the Bricks” charity run, and the area phone book recycling program. Dr. Haines also has served on the board of directors of Boone County Senior Services Foundation, Sullivan Munce Cultural Center, Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, Zionsville Pathway Advisory Committee, and currently serves as a volunteer board member of Shalom of Lebanon.
Dr. Haines is a lifetime member of Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity (VOSH) and has traveled with their missions to Honduras and Cuba. He is a 35-year member of the American Optometric Association and served as president of the Central Indiana Optometric Society and the Indiana Optometric Association in 2004. He also has served as chairman of the IOA membership and convention committees. In 2013, Dr. Haines received the highest recognition bestowed from IOA, the prestigious Optometrist of the Year Award and he has traveled with their missions to Honduras, Cuba, and Kenya.
He and his wife, Julia, reside in rural Zionsville and have two grown children and two granddaughters. He enjoys traveling, spending time in Brown County, Hawaii and California, walking, IU sports, and producing homemade maple syrup at their Maple Hill Farm each winter.

Leah Filter is a graduate student at the University of Alabama pursuing her Master's degree in
Marketing Analytics with a double minor in Sales and Management Communications. With a
background in both marketing and sales, she has a natural ability to connect with people and
communicate ideas. She also creates videos and content for startups and brands, helping them
bring their marketing to life in an authentic and engaging way.
Leah is passionate about using her skills to make a meaningful impact, and brings creativity,
dedication, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. At her core, Leah has always

Kylie Conrad

Mac Clayton is entering his senior year at the University of Cincinnati, where he is pursuing a degree in Marketing. With a strong interest in brand growth, social media, and creative communication, Mac is passionate about learning how marketing can be used to connect with people and make a meaningful impact.
He is currently interning with Watch Us Farm, a local nonprofit organization that supports adults with intellectual disabilities by providing opportunities to work, learn, and build skills for their futures. Through her experiences volunteering in healthcare settings and learning from healthcare professionals, she has developed a strong interest in patient care and a deeper understanding of the healthcare system. Eric Greenfield is the Chief Financial Officer of Healerverse, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate and sports finance across media, entertainment, e-commerce, and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven track record of scaling financial systems for high-growth companies, leading international multi-entity operations, and guiding capital formation initiatives including debt structuring, investor relations, and fundraising readiness.
Prior to Healerverse, Eric served as CFO of 237 Global, where he scaled finance operations to support $100M+ in revenue growth and integrated financial systems across global markets. He also founded a consultancy that delivered CFO leadership for clients in real estate, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, with expertise in GAAP compliance, cash flow optimization, and audit readiness.
